Pour Me Coffee & Wine Cafe

Pour Me Coffee Bar & MoreI put everything into this new, modern world café and fast-fine eatery. I purchased the building initially to use as office space but, instead, decided to develop the space to further my selfish pursuit of bringing the whole universe to Downtown Danbury so I don’t have to go anywhere! What better way than the proverbial urban coffee shop that brings everyone together?

Right in the heart of Downtown Danbury, Pour Me provided fuel and fortification to nourish independent thinkers so they can radiate their good in world. We served grab-and-go in the morning; quick serve at lunch; and provided a full-service restaurant by night. Pour Me’s best-ingredient food and drink menu was a popular addition to Main Street Danbury.  I am very proud of the diversity that walked through the doors of 274 Main Street and the buzz my place created. Unfortunately, I closed the doors in April 2019 as I explain in this email newsletter: https://conta.cc/2EuHCdT

Andrea’s commitment to downtown Danbury is unquestionable. Her passion is,  in fact, contagious and the reason I myself have become more involved in revitalization efforts. In addition to bringing vibrant art and cultural events to the heart of our city, she has worked tirelessly to foster business and community engagement. Undoubtedly, Andrea is an integral part of downtown Danbury’s rebirth and future.

Co-Founder Danbury Innovation Center
Andrea Gartner, a vanguard to downtown development, was instrumental in supporting the Danbury Innovation Center early on.  Andrea utilized her multiple talents and resources to help us launch – a project that took months before our doors opened just 3 years ago.  She was an early team player in starting the spring and fall Danbury STEAM Fairs which now brings more than 2,400 people to CityCenter twice a year. We are excited to be part of the Downtown Danbury Renaissance and, today, we have more than 75 members who work and create businesses on Main Street, turning CityCenter into a major focal point and economic driver for the region!
